Instantáneas (Snapshots)

"A few days ago there was a questionnaire for 100 internet users that asked which 3 photos they considered the most important in history.
The first one was the explosion of the atomic bomb  which dropped over Nagasaki.
The second one was the first man walking on the moon.
But I liked the third one most. It depicts two lovers kissing each other while the world is moving around them. It's good to know that in the three most important pictures in history there is one of two lovers ... frozen in a never-ending kiss ... saved from being forgotten ... Maybe that's what we feel when we look at old photos. They remain unchanged like a mosquito trapped in amber for millions of years. The world keeps moving, but they are trapped forever unchanged. Like pictures held in a shoe box, moments of an other time will never return.
A war photographer, Lewis Hine was asked why he has chosen that kind of profession. He responded that if everything can be explained with words there wouldn't be a need for him to record every moment on camera. I agree. There are things which can't be explained with simple words ... Things like staying alive ... feelings like love and compromise ... Maybe that's the reason that our lives consist of photos. Moments frozen in time forever ... Of decisions that change that change the course of things without redemption ... Of photos stored in our minds .... Which remind us in every moment how beautiful life can be ... "

I really hate soap-operas, but I like this ... I really do <3. Herd it here ----> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8qqF_5gRA4&feature=related The anime used is Hetalia, one of the best animes ever. The video is very touching and i really enjoy watching it. I think that from now on i will take a lot more photos because when I remember my childhood photos i feel all worm and fuzzy inside ... I really like that feeling.

See you soon Unknown dreamer and make your life more beautiful every day!

Au revoir! <3
